| Описание | Льюис, владелец антикварного магазина, заключил договор с дьяволом. После чего любая вещь, проданная в его магазине, приобретала необычные свойства и становилась неуничтожимой. Свойства вещи определялись исключительно фантазией Льюиса и, как правило, основывались на человеческих пороках. Ублажая слабости владельца, вещь вынуждала убивать, принося выгоду только в случае чьей-то смерти. Особые свойства вещи также помогали не оставлять улик убивая дистанционно (как с помощью Вуду), и смерть наступала по естественным причинам, в результате несчастного случая или самоубийства, либо трупы просто исчезали. Если вещь и не гарантировала владельцу полной безопасности, то нелогичность и безмотивность этих убийств не давала их раскрыть. Льюис умер, и его наследники, обнаружив, какими свойствами обладают проданные им вещи, назвали их Проклятые вещи. Их трое. Джек Маршак, Райан и Микки. Сейчас они разыскивают Проклятые вещи, проданные дядюшкой Льюисом, чтобы изъять их и поместить в безопасное место. Задача эта сложна и опасна, т. к. любой приблизившийся к владельцу Проклятой вещи рискует стать очередной жертвой. Кроме того, Проклятая вещь вызывает у своего владельца зависимость, утратив её, он стремится её вернуть любыми средствами. Как правило, Проклятая вещь переходит к следующему владельцу, убивая предыдущего. Но, поскольку владельцы Проклятых вещей и так обречены, отважной троице приходится забыть о гуманизме. |
